Help 101:

  1. Unless you have an account, full payment is required before your order will be processed. If you would like to set up an account, please contact customer service to request a copy of our credit app.
  2. Please ensure you choose the correct number of pages. If you don't, your order may be delayed or produced incorrectly. If we notice an error, we will issue a revised payment request which must be paid before your order will be processed. 
  3. You can add up to seven (7) files per job. If your job has more than seven files, please upload them to our FTP site add a note to your order. Contact customer service if you require a password to access to our FTP system.
