Our Value Roll Labels are made from 2.9 Mil matte-coated label Paper. Less expensive than Polypropylene labels, they are great for most indoor labelling purposes that requires a permanent adhesive, but not as high a print quality. The backer is a 40# White Kraft Liner.
All Paper labels are printed in full colour and wound on a 3" core - compatible with most label application equipment.
The Wind is important if you are using automated label equipment. Please do not rotate the image on your artwork as we will do that automatically based on your wind choice. If uncertain, consult your equipment manufacturer on their wind specification.
For additional protection, all labels have a choice of None, Matte or Gloss UV, or Matte or Gloss Lamination. All labels work on Thermal Transfer Printers.
Maximum diameter is 12".
Custom Shapes are also available. Please provide a dieline with your file or a PDF indicating the line and we will do our best to provide it.
