IMPORTANT: I acknowledge that I am responsible for verifying that all spelling and contents are correct. I understand that I am solely responsible for reviewing the PDF proof and for either making or requesting any changes. I understand that I cannot make any changes once my proof is approved, and I assume all responsibility for typographical, formatting and design errors. I also acknowledge that production times start after a proof is approved, and any requested changes may result in a change of delivery date.
